Hi Eugene, first of all thank you for your contributions. However, please note that copy/pasting from external websites is undesired, and I've removed the page you added. Please read How to contribute to TZMWiki RBE Crowdsourced Knowledgebase for more info. Don't get demoralised about this, keep-up the good work. Something appropriate would have been just describing what self-sufficiency would mean for a RBE10K city (in your own words), and then a section for External links you can add a self-sufficiency link to the Wikipedia.
