I like the proposed name "Resource-Based Settlement Experiment (RBSE)", because it makes pretty clear, what it is and does not include anything that might change - because Resource-Based it is, changing that would just make it a completely different project. Upon reading the information included in RBEM/Strategies for integration with the monetary market, I have suggested a new term: "Resource-Based Community Experiment (RBCE)" You may read my explanation on this page. I hope it provides a suitable alternative to "settlement". Barret
