I like the proposed name "Resource-Based Settlement Experiment (RBSE)", because it makes pretty clear, what it is and does not include anything that might change - because Resource-Based it is, changing that would just make it a completely different project. Maybe there is a better word instead of "settlement". The comments about the term "economy" are just not true.
