Idioma
El idioma elegido para esta wiki y para el settlement es at this time inglés (GB), however this may be internationalised through the means of an engineered neutral language, in a future after experiment. If that were the case, it could act as an equaliser and normaliser universal language for RBE10K cities. Even though each city will likely have their own characteristic language and culture, an engineered neutral language could be used for written documentation such as a knowledgebase like this one.
